Coming From North: Saw Mill River Pkwy (south) to Chappaqua exit. Make right turn at stop sign. Make another right turn at next stop sign and go to traffic light. Make right at traffic light (Route 120) and proceed over bridge. Bear right at fork and then bear right at stop sign (S. Greeley Ave.) making first left into parking lot. The office is located at 59 S. Greeley Ave.

Coming From South: Saw Mill River Pkwy (north) to Chappaqua (#32) exit. Make left turn at stop sign and go to traffic light. Make left at traffic light (Route 120) and proceed over bridge. Bear right at fork and proceed to stop sign. Bear right at fork and then bear right at stop sign (S. Greeley Ave.) making first left into parking lot. The office is located at 59 S. Greeley Ave. Via Local Roads

From Mt. Kisco, Armonk: Take Rte 117 (south). Make right turn at traffic light onto Rte 120 (King St.). Proceed up, then down, hill until intersection (Starbuck's directly opposite). Make left onto S. Greeley Ave., then continue straight, making first left possible (into parking lot next to middle school).

From Pleasantville: Route 117 (north). Bear left at fork (just after sign for "CV Pierce"). Proceed past middle school and field; make left turn immediately after ballfield, into parking lot.

The main entrance to the building is on South Greeley Avenue, between the hardware store and the dentist's office. For your convenience and privacy, there is a rear entrance (directly from the parking lot) located just to the right of ICD jewelry store.

There are a number of eateries along South Greeley Avenue and the adjacent King Street, ranging from bagel stores and pizzerias, Starbuck's and the Chappaqua Diner to excellent French (Le Giardin du Roi) sit- down restaurants, all within a short walk of the office.

New York City - Uptown

The West 57th Street office is conveniently located directly across the street from Carnegie Hall.

This office is easily reached by public transportation (N, R and Q subway lines) via the 57 Street and 7th Avenue station directly below the building.

By car, this office is easily reached from the West Side Highway or local streets; there are multiple parking lots on 55th and 56th Streets between 6th and 8th Avenues.

There are many fine restaurants and shops in the immediate area and a stroll in Central Park is only a few short steps away.

Located at the corner of Second Avenue and 14th Street in lower Manhattan, Dr. Sclafani's office is situated on the 6th floor of the main (North) building of The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.

The East River Drive can be accessed at 14th Street. Parking lots are located on 14th Street and 11th Street between First and Second Avenue.

The following subway lines are accessible at the Union Square Station, a short walk away: #4, #5, #6, N and R. The LL line stops at 14th Street and First Avenue.

Limited on-street parking is available, and enclosed parking lots are available between First and Second Avenue on both 14th and 11th Streets.

There is a wide array of dining locations in the neighborhood, including many diners and coffee shops. Several excellent restaurants are located within a few blocks south of the office on both First and Second Avenue.
