I highly recommend Dr. Sclafani. He took a lot of time to understand my needs, and develop the best plan. Dr. Sclafani performed over 5 hours of surgery. He put me at ease prior to the operation, and responded immediately post op when I had concerns. Dr. Sclafani has the rare ability to be able to explain complex medical issues to the layperson. He loves his profession, and is an extremely caring person. I wouldn't trust my health or life to anyone else!

I had a face lift with Dr. Sclafani, he was amazing! , I was nervous at first but he was so kind and assured me everything would be fine. He was right. I have had numerous cosmetic procedures with him and I have to tell you every Dr. should be like him. Dr Sclafani listens to what you don't like about your face and he will do the best to fix what you don't like and I am never disappointed! In general he is just a nice person and listens to you and there is always eye contact so you know he is listening to you not thinking about something else. I recommend him to everyone that wants a good Dr. and someone that will really listen to your needs! -V
After 4 surgeries on my nose, no doctor wanted to operate on me. When I spoke to Dr. Sclafani he agreed to try to help improve my breathing but said my nose was fragile and it would be risky to try to do too much to improve the outside. It took a while for the swelling to go down my nose looks better than it has in years and I can finally breathe through my nose and get a comfortable night of sleep.
Maybe I heal well but I was able to go out with my friends a week after my nose job. Dr. Sclafani told me it would be swollen for a few weeks but I already looked good. I am so happy I finally did this after thinking about it for so long!
I saw one of the other doctors in Dr. Sclafani's office for sinus problems, and when I heard I needed surgery I saw Dr. Sclafani to discuss rhinoplasty. They were able to do both surgeries at one time, and my headaches are gone and my nose is looking better every day. The tip is still a little swollen, but Dr. Sclafani told me that would take the longest. He told me what to expect after surgery and that has helped knowing that everything in my recovery is expected.
I really liked that Dr. Sclafani discussed a range of options for me and didn't just say I needed a facelift like the last Doctor I saw. I went with Refyne to shape my cheekbones and Botox for my neck and like the result. Dr S mentioned a facelift too, but I am not ready for that. I will definitely consider him when I decide to do a facelift.

Dr.Sclafani did lip filler and gave me a full, yet natural look that I loved. He was very nice and so was his staff. He made me feel very comfortable and walked me step by step into the process. I went to the chappaqua office to discuss certain cosmetic procedures with Dr. Sclafani, and the Dr. explained in detail what would benefit me and really took his time to explain so I could understand what he was talking about, not medical talk that I would have no idea what he was saying. He is a very kind man, enthusiastic about what he does, and treats you as an equal while discussing. The office is very clean and bright, you are greeted with a hello and a smile by his receptionist Dana who is also very kind. I would recommend Dr, Sclafani very highy to everyone including my family.

I have had many surgeries on my nose for different skin cancers. So not a lot of skin to work with. Dr. Sclafani was thorough in his explanation of the possible outcome before the surgery. After surgery, he listened to my concerns, discussed in detail timing for recovery and moved up my appointments accordingly. He is compassionate, spends a good amount of time with his patients and I trust him.

I went to Dr. Sclafani for lip fillers and he did a wonderful job. He gave me a full, yet natural look and was very nice. He explained the process step by step in great detail. The office staff were very nice as well.
Dr. Sclafani is thorough and knowledgeable. Explains all procedures and protocols. Gives reasons why progress is moving forward or not so you don't wonder what's happening after the surgery is over. Excellent bedside manner w no wasted time; either his or mine.

Perhaps one of my favorite physicians, though Weill Cornell and Columbia Presbyterian have shown me quite a few noteworthy ones. Dr. Sclafani performed nasal valve surgery on me after having had 2 other doctors make a mess of things. He was always patient, cautious, listened attentively and has about as pleasant a personality as one could hope for. I never felt rushed or noticed disinterest. As for the reviewer who complained about $'s, I never once felt any financial issues were in play.

Dr. Sclafani just used selphyl on my face and I am so excited with the results. When I first saw Dr. Sclafani, I thought I needed to have a mini face lift and have under my eyes done. The "Good Doctor" said that having plastic surgery would be like a sledge hammer on my face. I am 58 years old and in about 20 minutes he took at least 5 years off my face!! Dr. Sclafani is not only a skillful doctor, but he is genuine and truly caring. I would recommend that if you want a more youthful look and do not want to undergo surgery and not inject fake products into your body, go see Dr. Sclafani...you will not regret it!!!God bless the "Good Doctor”.
Any plastic surgery creates anxiety, but facial procedures are much more nerve wracking for even the calmest person. From the first encounter, Dr. Sclafani and his staff make you fee at ease. His level of professionalism and knowledge is immediately apparent and the end product is a joy to behold. I have absolutely no reservations about putting my face in his hands.
Dr. Sclafani was great a real artist. He explained everything to me in detail, from the many different filler options available. He discussed the risks honestly. I felt toally comfortable making the final decision to be treated with Juviderm. My Botox injection, my eyes look great. The whole experience was exactly what I was looking for.
